iPhone Setup Instructions
- Step 1 - Install MyTVOnline App.
- Step 2 - Open the app, then choose Add Source using the top-right plus icon.
- Step 3 - Add Portal (MAC/XTREAM).
- Step 4 - For Portal Nickname, enter anything you want.
- Step 5 - For Portal URL, use the approved DNS from above. Ask your seller for the code to reveal it.
- Step 6 - Turn on Login Required.
- Step 7 - Enter the login details provided by your seller.
- Step 8 - Click Connect.
- Helpful Tip - When opening the app, click the cog wheel in the top right and choose REFRESH All to get the latest content when searching for events or movies.
Latest Firestick Setup Instructions
- Previous Wicked apps may need to be deleted before installation. Go to Firestick settings, then Apps, find Wicked, and delete it.
- Step 1 - Turn on Firestick.
- Step 2 - Go to Settings.
- Step 3 - Go to My Fire TV.
- Step 4 - Click About.
- Step 5 - Click FIRE TV STICK 7 times until you see “You are already a developer.”
- Step 6 - Click back once and you should now see Developer Options.
- Step 7 - In Developer Options, make sure ADB and Apps from Unknown Sources are both turned on.
- Step 8 - While still in Settings, go to Apps and delete any old Wicked apps you installed previously.
- Step 9 - Return to the main menu and open Search.
- Step 10 - Search for Downloader and install it.
- Step 11 - Open Downloader.
- Step 12 - Enter one of the codes listed above.
- Step 13 - Install the app when prompted.
- Step 14 - Open the Wicked app and enter any name you want along with the username and password you were given.
Old Firestick Setup Instructions

Disable ActiveArmor & IPv6 Instructions
- Step 1 - Make sure you are connected to your AT&T Wi-Fi, not mobile data.
- Step 2 - You can use either the AT&T app or a web browser.

Method A: Using the AT&T Smart Home Manager App
- 1. Download and open the Smart Home Manager app.
- 2. Sign in with your AT&T account email and password.
- 3. Tap Assistant at the bottom.
- 4. Type
Disable ActiveArmorand confirm when asked. - 5. If IPv6 is not available in the app, continue with Method B.

Method B: Using the Gateway Web Page
- 1. Open a browser and go to
http://192.168.1.254. - 2. Enter the access code from the sticker on the gateway.
- 3. To disable ActiveArmor, go to Firewall then Security Options, find Home Network Security, and set it to Disabled.
- 4. To disable IPv6, go to Home Network or LAN, find IPv6, and set it to Off or Disabled.
- 5. Save changes and restart the gateway.

- Final Result: ActiveArmor is turned off and IPv6 is disabled, which can help older apps that only work with normal HTTP links.
Disable Firewall & IPv6 on Spectrum Routers
- Step 1 - Make sure you are connected to Spectrum Wi-Fi, not mobile data.
- Step 2 - Use either the Spectrum app or the router web page.

Method A: Spectrum App
- 1. Open the My Spectrum app and sign in.
- 2. The app can manage basic network options, but not firewall or IPv6 settings.
- 3. Use Method B for those changes.

Method B: Router Web Page
- 1. Open
http://192.168.1.1orhttp://192.168.0.1. - 2. Log in using router credentials.
- 3. To disable or reduce firewall protection, go to Advanced Settings → Firewall and set it to Low or Off.
- 4. To disable IPv6, go to Advanced → WAN Settings or LAN Settings, find IPv6, and disable it.
- 5. Save and restart the router.

- Step 3 - If the options are missing, ask Spectrum to enable Bridge Mode and use your own router for full control.
- Final Result: Firewall is reduced or off, IPv6 is disabled, and devices run on IPv4 which may help apps using regular HTTP.
Disable Advanced Security / Firewall & IPv6 on Comcast/Xfinity
- Step 1 - Connect to Xfinity Wi-Fi, not mobile data.
- Step 2 - Use the Xfinity app or router web page.

- 1. Open the Xfinity app and sign in.
- 2. Go to Internet → Advanced Security.
- 3. Toggle Advanced Security off.
- 4. If IPv6 settings are missing, use Method B.

Method B: Router Web Page
- 1. Go to
http://10.0.0.1. - 2. Log in with router credentials.
- 3. To relax firewall settings, go to Gateway → Firewall and set it to Low or Off.
- 4. To disable IPv6, go to Advanced → IPv6 and disable it if available.
- 5. If not available, enable Bridge Mode and use your own router instead.
- 6. Restart the gateway after making changes.

- Final Result: Advanced Security is off and firewall/IPv6 settings are adjusted for a cleaner IPv4-only experience when needed.
Canada ISP Setup: Disable Firewall & IPv6
Below are instructions for common Canadian internet providers.
Rogers (Ignite / Hitron / Technicolor gateways)
- 1. Connect to Rogers Wi-Fi.
- 2. Open
http://10.0.0.1. - 3. Log in using the modem credentials.
- 4. To disable firewall, go to Advanced → Firewall and set it to Low or Off.
- 5. To disable IPv6, go to Advanced → WAN → IPv6 and disable it if available.
- 6. If IPv6 is missing, use Bridge Mode and your own router.
Bell (Home Hub 3000 / 4000)
- 1. Connect to Bell Wi-Fi.
- 2. Open
http://192.168.2.1. - 3. Log in with the modem credentials.
- 4. To reduce or disable firewall, go to Manage → Security.
- 5. IPv6 is usually not directly configurable, so use Advanced DMZ or Bridge Mode where available.
Telus (Arcadyan / Actiontec Wi-Fi Hub)
- 1. Connect to Telus Wi-Fi.
- 2. Open
http://192.168.1.254orhttp://192.168.1.1. - 3. Log in using the credentials on the modem.
- 4. To disable firewall, go to Advanced → Firewall.
- 5. To disable IPv6, go to Advanced Setup → WAN IP Settings → IPv6.
- 6. If not available, use Bridge Mode with your own router.
Shaw / Freedom (BlueCurve / XB6, XB7)
- 1. Connect to Shaw Wi-Fi.
- 2. Open
http://10.0.0.1. - 3. Log in with router credentials.
- 4. To reduce or disable firewall, go to Gateway → Firewall.
- 5. IPv6 is usually locked on, so Bridge Mode plus your own router is the best workaround.
Final Result: Firewall can usually be lowered or disabled, and if IPv6 cannot be turned off directly, Bridge Mode plus your own router gives you more control.
Firestick — Change DNS to Cloudflare
This sets your Firestick to Cloudflare DNS using 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1.
Step 1 — Install IP Tools
- Open the Amazon Appstore on Firestick.
- Search for IP Tools: Network Utilities.
- Install and open the app.
Step 2 — Gather Network Info
- Write down your current IP Address, Gateway, and Subnet Mask.
Step 3 — Set Static Network on Firestick
- Go to Settings → Network.
- Highlight your Wi-Fi network and open the advanced/configure option.
- Switch to Static.
- Enter your current IP, Gateway, and Subnet Mask.
Step 4 — Enter Cloudflare DNS
- DNS 1 =
1.1.1.1 - DNS 2 =
1.0.0.1
Step 5 — Restart Firestick
- Disconnect and reconnect Wi-Fi.
- Or restart the Firestick.
Final Result: Your Firestick will use Cloudflare DNS, which can help with speed and reduce ISP DNS issues.
